Mac Book Mini

There have been rumors of an Apple Netbook, but the actual design has still not yet been revealed. That didn’t stop designer Isamu Sanada from giving it a go.
Featuring a 10-inch extra wide screen and a folding (detaching?) style, the MacBook Mini offers users both a keyboard and a trackpad—simultaneously if desired.
When folded, the MacBook Mini is just 5.4-inches thick. In its fully expanded state, the tiny laptop boasts a keyboard, trackpad, 10-inch LED display, and 128GB SSD — unfortunately there’s no optical drive according to the renders.

Believe you have to consider all aspects in the current economic climate - personally do no think we have seen the full extent of the recesssion, so would be cautious in considering.

In the U.S., we see real estate not going up.. houses are selling at lower prices. You can’t have anything going up 10 percent to 20 percent to 30 percent indefinitely.|Everyone says buying your first apartment makes you feel like an adult. What no one mentions is that selling it turns you right back into a child.|New Yorkers are predatory about real estate. When they sense softening, they move in for the kill.|Selling your apartment in New York is like dating a manic-depressive.. you get used to cycles of elation and despondency. Every time someone would come to see the apartment, there was the thrill of the date. You want to be presentable, so you clean the place up, make sure it smells good, put on some mood lighting and mellow music.|Landlords, like all other men, love to reap where they never sowed.|In my experience, in the real-estate business past success stories are generally not applicable to new situations. We must continually reinvent ourselves, responding to changing times with innovative new business models.|Today the strategies of many companies in the real estate industry are premised on low interest rates, an assumption that has resulted in the rapid expansion of the real estate securitization business. This trend could be regarded as a risk factor, as it exposes the real estate sector to at least three potential problems: first, interest rate hikes; second, revisions to securitization business accounting standards; and third, overheating in the real estate market.|By using vertical space more effectively, you not only make more room for greenery but shorter commutes also mean less pressure on CO2 emission problems and by freeing up time now spent on unproductive commuter trains, people would have more options in their lives.|The disadvantages of a decentralized, spread out urban area are tremendous, and the environmental damage of urban sprawl cannot be ignored. It’s artistic, from my standpoint, and I just love real estate.|Every day, you’ll have opportunities to take chances and to work outside your safety net. Sure, it’s a lot easier to stay in your comfort zone.. in my case, business suits and real estate.. but sometimes you have to take risks. When the risks pay off, that’s when you reap the biggest rewards.|Well, real estate is always good, as far as I’m concerned.|I made a tremendous amount of money on real estate. I’ll take real estate rather than go to Wall Street and get 2.8 percent. Forget about it.|I always felt very secure and very safe with real estate. Real estate always appreciates.|I’ve never lived in a building without my name on it.|The property boom has made us all feel wealthy, but unfortunately it has lulled many of those nearing retirement into a false sense of security.|I have developer’s disease. I love to sit at a drafting table and draw plans for hotels, wrestling with problems of traffic and the flow of people. That’s what turns me on.|I’ve always been called a professional opportunist, and in the future I’m open to anything. We’ve spent a lot of time offshore, looking at opportunities in real estate outside the United States.|The question is not do you take money out of stocks and put it into real estate, or the reverse. There’s so much money out there looking for a home. I don’t think it’s either/or.|Interest rates are going to go up because employment is going to go up. If employment goes up, then our apartments get filled. And if employment goes up, our office buildings get filled. The reality is that increased economic activity combined with increased interest rates is basically bullish for real estate.}

Is there any structural engineers or home builders online that would be interested in looking into the latest building system for homes and commercial? The system is for the entire shell of the building not just walls like others. It is Florida approved and is actually better in northern climates.
